Who we are looking for

Buildyour career in financial services by joining our Depositary teamas a Senior Depositary Analyst.You will apply your knowledge of investment funds and depositary operations to deliver high-quality work, review selected activities completed by colleagues, and support the development of junior team members through practical guidance and training.

Why this role is important to us

The Depositary acts asan independent control functionresponsible for the safekeeping of fund assets, cash-flow monitoring and oversight of investment fund activities. In this role, you will help the team deliver accurate, timely and well-controlled services, provide an additional level of quality review, and support consistent knowledge-sharing across the team.

What you will be responsible for

  • Perform daily depositary activities across cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping and fund oversight with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.

  • Review selected work completed by colleagues, verify its accuracy and completeness, and provide clear, constructive feedback in line with procedures and internal controls.

  • Analyseinformation and documentation, investigate discrepancies, resolve routine issues independently and escalate material matters promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records and evidence in line with procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls.

  • Support the onboarding and development of junior colleagues by delivering practical training, explaining procedures and sharing technical knowledge.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, clients and internal stakeholders to complete deliverables accurately and on time.

  • Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, procedure updates and team initiatives.

  • Continue developing technical knowledge of investment funds, financial markets and depositary regulations, and apply that knowledge in day-to-day activities.

What we value

  • A minimum of one year of previous experience in the investment funds industry.

  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and consistent attention to detail.

  • Clear written and verbal communication in English, including the ability to explain technical matters and provide constructive feedback.

  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support, coach and share knowledge with junior colleagues.

  • Ownership, reliability and the ability to organisepriorities and meet deadlines.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • A university degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Minimum Salary:

zł68,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
