Statista is a global data and business intelligence platform that provides statistics, consumer survey results, and industry forecasts from over 22,500 sources. Founded in 2007, it consolidates market data, reports, and insights into an accessible, searchable database used by companies, researchers, and educational institutions worldwide. The service offers a comprehensive perspective on global markets by visualizing complex data across thousands of topics and industries to support strategic decision-making.

At Statista, we’re all about facts and data, for we are the world's leading business data platform. By providing reliable and easy-to-use data as well as various data analytics products and services, we empower people worldwide to make fact-based decisions.

Founded in Hamburg in 2007, we have quickly grown into a global company with offices in major cities such as London, New York, Berlin and Tokyo. And we still have a lot of plans. Our constant growth does not only prove our success, but also keeps creating new development and career opportunities for our employees.

We value and celebrate our diverse culture. You are welcome here for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or whether you prefer bar graphs to pie charts. Your story matters - keep writing it as part of our team.

Are you ready to join us?

Your role

  • Own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of KAM accounts, building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across research, insights, strategy, and increasingly at VP and Director level.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business priorities, use cases, and success metrics - and proactively connect Statista’s platform to the problems they are trying to solve.

  • Maintain an up-to-date account health picture for every account in your portfolio - usage trends, stakeholder changes, risk signals, and expansion indicators.

  • Be the client’s primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, value realisation, and renewal - and the person they call when they want to get more from the platform.

Your profile

  • 2-4 years of B2B Customer Success experience, with a track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts in a subscription-based model.

  • Proven ability to drive platform adoption and demonstrate value to clients - turning usage data and client outcomes into compelling renewal and expansion conversations.

  • Commercial instinct - you understand that CS is a revenue function and you approach client conversations with that mindset.

  • Strong relationship-building skills - you can build trust with operational contacts and progressively develop access to more senior stakeholders.

  • Proactive and organised - you manage a portfolio with structure, maintain accurate records, and never let a renewal sneak up on you.

  • Comfortable with data - you can analyse usage reports, health scores, and account trends to identify risk and opportunity.

  • Collaborative partner to sales - you understand where CS ends and commercial ownership begins, and you work the boundary effectively.

What we offer

In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work! Join us and benefit from:
