Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Your tasks

• As part of our AI Operations team, you maintain and support productive AI solutions and applications for our clients across cloud environments, with a strong focus on Azure
• You ensure the stable and reliable operation of AI and ML systems in production and take responsibility for availability, performance, and service quality
• You manage updates, patches, and smaller enhancements for existing solutions and implement fixes in Python where required
• You monitor productive systems, improve observability and alerting, and proactively identify potential issues before they affect operations
• You analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, bugs, and application issues in close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
• You support the remediation of vulnerabilities, security findings, and CVEs and contribute to maintaining secure and compliant production systems
• You work with APIs, cloud services, and container-based deployments to diagnose issues and maintain reliable integrations between system components
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, deployment workflows, and maintenance standards within AI Operations
• You collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and engineers and actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
• You help ensure reliable support during regular business hours and contribute to operational excellence through a structured and service-oriented approach

Your profile

• You have strong hands-on experience operating and maintaining productive cloud-based systems, ideally with a focus on AI or machine learning applications
• You bring at least two years of experience in cloud and IT environments, including solid experience supporting and managing production systems
• You have deep expertise in Azure and are confident working with services such as Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Application Insights, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI
• You are experienced with containerized and serverless architectures and are comfortable working with technologies such as Docker
• You have experience with Python, particularly for troubleshooting, automation, or implementing fixes in existing services
• You have a strong understanding of monitoring and observability and know how to improve alerting and production visibility
• You are familiar with vulnerability management, dependency maintenance, and the remediation of CVEs and other security-related issues
• You have experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, ideally using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
• You work in a reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented manner and take ownership of operational quality and system stability
• You are a strong team player and communicator with professional-level English skills
