HR COORDINATOR INTERN

During your 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting them with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.
MISSIONS
- You will be in charge of writing, designing and publishing all internal HR communications (newsletters, bulletins, policy reminders, event announcements) on multiple platforms.
- You will organize and promote internal company events and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g coordinating charity initiatives with NGOs).
- You will support the administrative HR processes, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, letters, organization chart).
- You will assist colleagues with compliance and ensuring clarity, inclusivity and authenticity in messages.
- You will execute internal and external communications and develop initiatives related to employee engagement and wellbeing as well as diversity & inclusion.
- You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency.
- You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.
Profile
PROFILE
- You are a Bachelor or Master (HBO/WO) student in HR, Business Management, Communications & Media, Organizational Psychology or related fields;
- You have a proficient/fluent level in English (Dutch is a plus);
- You are communicative and socially skilled, with a hands-on mentality;
- You are independent, accurate, and self-starting. WHAT WE OFFER
- Internship allowance: 500€ per month
- 3 days of remote working per week
