Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Development Engineer III to join our dynamic engineering team. As an SDE-3, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications. You will be responsible for leading complex technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing significantly to architectural decisions and best practices.
Total Experience: 5 - 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Build secure, scalable backend services in Go, Python, and Node.js, with a strong eye on system design, performance, and reliability.
- Build intuitive mobile and web interfaces in Flutter and React.js, with a consistent experience across platforms.
- Take well-scoped features independently from design to deployment, balancing scalability, maintainability, and time-to-market.
- Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines that streamline development and deployment.
- Support app deployment to the Play Store and App Store, keeping releases compliant with platform guidelines.
- Design and integrate database and data-flow architecture that supports real-time, sensor-driven applications.
- Write and maintain automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to keep quality high across releases.
- Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams - sprint planning, estimation, and delivery included.
Required Skills:
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 institute (IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or equivalent) - mandatory.
- 5+ years of full stack experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages (Go, Python, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (Flutter, React.js).
- Experience with app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and a solid grounding in database design and management.
- Bonus: experience with IoT technologies and connected device ecosystems.
- Bonus: familiarity with cloud platforms and API integration.
- Bonus: prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling product environment.
- Bonus: strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
