岗位职责
- 管报端到端搭建： 主导从原始数据清洗、归集、分摊、出表到分析的完整闭环。
- 口径与分摊规则设计： 梳理收入成本确认及部门间结算口径; 设计合理的分摊动因，确保分摊逻辑在业务端“讲得通、认得下”。
- 经营分析支持： 深入业务，输出多维经营分析报告与项目投入产出测算，为管理层提供决策依据。
- 系统与流程优化： 协同IT推动管报系统化、自动化及BI看板搭建。
任职要求
- 学历与经验： 本科及以上，财会/金融相关专业（财经院校/985/211优先）; 至少5-7年FP&A或管理会计经验。
- 核心实操（必须）： 必须具备管报端到端搭建的亲手实操经验，熟悉“数据→归集→分摊→出表→分析”全流程。
- 专业认知： 对报表口径、成本确认有清晰认知，理解分摊逻辑背后的业务实质。
- 综合素质： 数据敏感度高，具备刨根问底的研究精神，擅长跨部门沟通（能将财务逻辑翻译为业务语言）。
