岗位职责
- 统筹公司整体年度预算、半年度/季度滚动预测，跟踪预算执行，围绕收入、毛利、费用、产能等指标做多维度分析，识别经营风险并支撑管理层决策
- 持续优化预算、预测、分析流程与制度，沉淀分析方法论，提升公司经营管理精细化水平
- 运营公司ST会议，准备管理层汇报材料，协同财经BP推动改善方案落地
- 建立公司核心经营指标看板，优化分析模型，打通财务与业务数据口径，统一指标定义，提升数据准确性、时效性; 协同 IT、业务、财经BP、账务完善数据治理
- 配合集团经营管理、内部合规、统计报送等工作，按需提供专项分析支持。
任职要求
- 学历专业 ：重点本科及以上，财务、会计相关专业
- 专业技能 ：扎实的财务功底，精通预算、滚动预测、盈利分析、现金流预测、投资测算等全套工作逻辑，能够独立搭建测算模型
- 经验技能：5 年及以上预算管理&经营分析经验，制造业背景优先; 可熟练使用Excel，掌握一定的AI技能，可用于工作效率提升的优先
- 职业素养 ：
- 具备较强数据敏感度、逻辑拆解能力，擅长跨部门沟通
- 良好的报告撰写与汇报能力，严谨细致，对报告数据的准确性负责
