The successful candidate will be expected to

• Define product vision and strategy: Establish the long-term direction and objectives of the product in line with the company's overall goals.
• Conduct market and customer research: Collect insights from users, competing products, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
• Plan the roadmap: Build and maintain a product roadmap, ranking features according to their potential impact and how feasible they are to deliver.
• Gather and document requirements: Convert business needs into clearly defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across functions: Work alongside engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully.
• Oversee product development: Steer the product through every stage, from initial concept to launch, while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor performance: Track product KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue, and use the findings to drive improvements.
• Manage stakeholders: Keep executives and other stakeholders informed about product plans, progress, and results.
• Drive continuous improvement: Refine features based on user feedback, analytics, and changing market demands.

• Candidates must hold a B.Sc degree along with relevant experience in product management, ideally gained within the fintech sector.
• Strategic vision: The ability to set clear product objectives and connect them to business goals.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Competence in interpreting data, spotting trends, and reaching decisions grounded in evidence.
• Communication skills: The capacity to communicate effectively with colleagues, users, and stakeholders.
