Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer with 8-11 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Python, or Scala, databases, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Build high-throughput, low-latency applications for production environments.
• Work with MySQL and MongoDB for data management.
• Implement search solutions using ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
• Optimize application performance through caching, load balancing, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and work in Unix/Linux environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Java, Python, and/or Scala.
• Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with performance optimization, scaling, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and Unix/Linux.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with FastAPI or Pylons.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or Celery.
• Experience with AWS (EC2 S3 RDS, Redshift).
• Exposure to Vector Embeddings, AI coding assistants, and large-scale distributed applications.
