YOUR ROLE
You will take part to the development of new technology platforms for MEMS sensor products following the different phases from feasibility to prototyping, from qualification to transfer to manufacturing and industrialization.
You will be part of to a cross functional team that will contribute to innovate ST technology and products portfolio and consolidate and improve STMicroelectronics leadership in the MEMS market.
As a part of this team you will be responsible of:
- Driving the development and implementation of new MEMS technologies ensuring their adherence to target performances;
- Leading or co-leading the process integration activities to build the technology platform;
- Performing Inline and Electrical Data Analysis during the development stage;
- Planning and characterizing R&D trials with other team functions;
- Managing R&D Prototypes Diffusion;
- Leading Problem Solving Tasks during the development and industrialization phase.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Master’s degree in engineering or physics
- 2-5 yrs in MEMS/Semiconductor Field
- Basic Semiconductor Fabrication Processes knowledge
- English business proficiency
- Teamwork skills
- Creativity.
The expected salary range for this position is € 42,000 - €50,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.
In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
