Join Stoïk, a European scale-up focused on protecting businesses against cyber risk. As the Deal Desk Manager, you will build the Deal Desk from the ground up and manage all aspects of contracts outside of commercial negotiation. Your responsibilities will include cash collection, compliance with broker distribution network, billing for cyber license overages, handling administrative contract changes, and managing special contracts with CrowdStrike and SentinelOne. You will also document and automate processes and serve as the go-to person for Sales, Success, Finance, and Legal.

Missions

Drive the collection of amounts owed by clients and partners, track overdue payments, and build and monitor collection KPIs.
Ensure our broker distribution network meets compliance requirements, collect and verify partners’ regulatory documentation.
Identify and bill cyber licence overages every month, work with Sales to review significant cases, and ensure billing is accurate.
