Job Summary: The Busser is responsible formaintainingcleanliness and organization in the dining area by clearing tables, assistingservers, and ensuring the restaurant meets high sanitation standards. This role plays a key part in providing efficient service to guests and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Essential Functionsand Duties:
Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timelyand efficient manner.
Clean and reset tables for the next guest, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
Assistservers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
Refill water glasses and provide additionalservice support as required.
Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area.
Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
Assistwith restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
Previousexperience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong communicationand teamwork skills to assistservers and provide excellent guest service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Work Environment:
Primarily an indoor environment with frequent standing and walking requiredthroughout the shift.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.and handle repetitive physical tasks such as clearing and resetting tables.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must have AM and PM availability
