Outlet Supervisor – Katubedda Branch

STOPWASH is a fast-growing, on-site car wash service redefining how people care for their vehicles, with convenience at the heart of everything we do. We operate directly in supermarket parking lots, offering customers a seamless experience: shop inside, return to a clean car outside.

Our Katubedda outlet is one of our flagship locations, and we’re looking for a responsible and driven individual to lead the operations on the ground.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the Outlet Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of the Katubedda location. Your role combines people leadership, customer engagement, and day-to-day operations.

1. Customer Conversion & Relationship Building

• Welcome and guide customers who approach the outlet.
• Explain services and help convert walk-ins into paying customers.
• Maintain a friendly, trustworthy, and professional presence.
• Collect customer feedback and handle service recovery when needed.

2. Client & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with supermarket management on space usage, access, and event days.
• Liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment or delivery pickups.

3. Inventory Management

• Track, record, and reorder supplies (liquids, microfiber cloths, tools, etc.).
• Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are safely stored and well-maintained.
• Prevent shortages or wastage by practicing smart stock control.

4. Admin & Reporting

• Update daily service records on the central dashboard.
• Record payment methods (cash/card) accurately.
• Maintain a clear register of completed jobs, staff attendance, and supply usage.
• Submit end-of-day and weekly reports to the operations team.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone responsible, friendly, and professional.
• Has driving experience.
• Fluent in Sinhala and/or ; basic English is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing or operations roles (preferred).
• Tech-savvy enough to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic apps.
• Lives near or can easily commute to Katubedda / Moratuwa area.
• Willing to lead by example, assist with operations when needed, and keep the team motivated.

Salary: LKR 60,000 - 70,000 / month
