Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con los clientes para recopilar todos los requisitos de nómina y guiarlos a través de talleres, etapas de configuración e implementación del sistema.
• Validar y configurar la solución de nómina del cliente y sus integraciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones legales.
• Brindar asistencia y soporte en el mapeo y migración de datos, la preparación de información acumulada del año (YTD) y las verificaciones de precisión.
• Gestionar todas las fases de pruebas del sistema (SIT, UAT, ejecuciones paralelas, etc.) y resolver problemas de configuración o integración junto con equipos locales y globales.
• Supervisar las actividades de salida a producción (go-live), asegurando que el sistema de nómina esté listo para su operación.
• Realizar el seguimiento del progreso del proyecto y de la documentación, colaborando con los gerentes de proyecto y el equipo para garantizar la entrega oportuna de los hitos establecidos.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura o maestría en Tecnología de la Información (TI), Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, un área técnica o experiencia equivalente, con participación comprobada en más de 5 implementaciones exitosas de SAP HCM.
• Conocimiento profundo de la normativa de nómina en México y un sólido historial de implementación exitosa de sistemas de Recursos Humanos de alta calidad.
• Dominio de idoma inglés (deseable).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y una orientación al cliente basada en la colaboración.
• Fuerte enfoque en el cliente, responsabilidad por los resultados y compromiso con el éxito del equipo y del proyecto, además de discreción en el manejo de información confidencial.
