- Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and data visualization.

- Solid understanding of accessibility, compliance, and ethical design practices.

- Ability to connect design execution to business objectives and client success metrics.

- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Ability to mentor junior talent and contribute to team growth.

- Experience managing design deliverables across multiple projects.

- Educational background in Information Design, Visual Communication, Human- Centered Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
