We are seeking a highly analytical Game Systems Developer with a specialized focus on AR/VR and Mobile ecosystems. This is a high-impact B2B role designed for a developer who excels at the intersection of immersive technology and complex system architecture.
Unlike standard feature-development roles, you will be responsible for the technical integrity of the developer experience. You will dive deep into root cause analysis, investigate complex software bugs, and bridge the gap between Meta Horizon/Android platforms and high-fidelity interactive environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Investigation: Perform deep-dive log analysis and root cause analysis within Mobile, AR/VR, and Gaming environments.
System Development: Design and implement interactive 2D/3D applications using Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++).
Mobile Integration: Lead technical issue investigation for Android/Horizon-based mobile application projects.
Documentation & QA: Define, document, and communicate complex bug reproduction steps and technical solutions to cross-functional teams.
Developer Relations: Provide high-level technical support via CRM and social platforms, acting as a proactive advocate for developer needs.
Autonomy: Navigate and bring structure to an unstructured, fast-paced environment, managing multiple technical priorities independently.
Technical Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
AR/VR Expertise: Hands-on experience with Meta Horizon, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
Mobile Stack: Strong proficiency in Android SDK, including Kotlin and Java.
Analytical Skills: Expert-level ability to read, debug, and understand complex source control history and software logs.
Technical Writing: Proven ability to document intricate technical processes and bugs with high attention to detail.
Language: Exceptional verbal and written English (C1 preferred) with high emotional intelligence and patience.
Preferred Qualifications

Scripting: Proficiency in Python or PHP.
