Mid-Senior Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Warsaw (Hybrid, a minimum of 1 day per week in the office)

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional business that is widely recognised as one of the premier employers to work for in the region. They are looking to expand their engineering team with a seasoned Full Stack Developer to focus on enterprise-grade business applications, robust backend services, and responsive frontend solutions. This position bridges traditional high-performance backend engineering with advanced work across microservices architectures, secure transaction protocols, and modern user interfaces.
What you will actually be doing:
Engineering Core Systems: Designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade full-stack applications using Java and Angular technologies.
Constructing Robust Backends: Building and enhancing efficient backend services, robust API layers, and critical business integrations.
Creating Frontend Solutions: Developing sleek, responsive, and highly user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular and JavaScript.
Architecting Microservices: Developing and supporting distributed, microservices-based applications within modern containerised environments.
Owning the Lifecycle: Participating actively in application design, coding, rigorous testing, debugging, and end-to-end deployment activities.
Managing Integrations: Supporting complex system connections using REST APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, and SOAP protocols.
Optimising Delivery: Contributing to CI/CD pipeline implementation, automating deployment processes, and troubleshooting complex system bottlenecks.
Driving Quality: Ensuring pristine code quality through engineering best practices, comprehensive code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What they need from you:
Proven Experience: Between 5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience explicitly focused as a Java Full Stack Developer.
Core Technical Mastery: Strong, hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
Frontend Proficiency: Solid experience utilizing Angular and JavaScript for modern web application development.
Modern Architecture: A deep practical understanding of microservices architecture, containerisation technologies, and Linux operating systems.
Integration Expertise: A comprehensive grasp of REST APIs, SOAP services, HTTPS, and secure SFTP protocols.
DevOps Familiarity: Comfort operating within an Agile/Scrum environment using tools such as Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Maven, Jenkins, and Jira.
Database Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of MySQL and relational SQL databases.
Soft Skills: Natural communication skills paired with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Highly Preferred:
Polyglot Versatility: Professional hands-on development experience or familiarity with Python.
Quality Focus: A proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and highly maintainable software alongside cross-functional Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
