ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer and market insights: Conduct regular customer visits and engage frequently with the sales team; identify research needs, brief and manage agencies, and translate research findings into strategic decisions.
• Project management: Use professional project management tools and models to initiate projects plans and ensure the project to be closed according to company compliance and regulations
• Execution and performance management: Implement brand plans and track performance against agreed measures, including market growth, product growth, market share, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels.
• Sales force enablement: Coordinate product training, develop brand campaigns and promotional materials, communicate strategy at cycle meetings, evaluate execution effectiveness, and conduct field visits.
• Therapy-area and product expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of the product, therapeutic area, market, competitors, and relevant industry trends through conferences, external expert interactions, and internal networks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other functions to deliver business objectives and strengthen external advocacy.
• People development: Where applicable, coach and develop team members and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above; medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant pharmaceutical brand marketing experience, preferably within respiratory, immunology, or a related specialty-care therapeutic area.
• Demonstrated ability to develop brand strategies and translate insights into executable commercial plans.
• Strong analytical capability, business acumen, forecasting skills, and proficiency in preparing clear business presentations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong ownership, learning agility, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• For the Senior Brand Manager level, prior experience leading projects, agencies, or team members is preferred.
