Profil recherché
We’re open to different backgrounds. You could be an engineer or have some experience in renewable energy, a startup, consulting, SaaS, data analysis or customer operations. You don’t need to have worked in all of these areas, and your experience doesn’t need to be long.
You’ll bring:
Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding and solving customer issues.
Comfort working in an evolving environment, where client needs, tools and priorities can change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to investigate complex data and challenge assumptions.
An interest in technology and a willingness to learn new tools, including AI tools, to work more efficiently.
A practical, customer-focused approach: you enjoy understanding a problem and seeing it through to a useful solution.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with people across technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent English and fluency in another European language.
Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several topics at once.
An interest in renewable energy and the energy transition.
Experience in renewable energy, a startup or consulting is a plus. So is experience with data collection or analysis tools, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
