Join Streem Energy as a Senior/Lead Product Manager, where you will lead the development of a specific subset of our energy management products. You will work closely with the engineering, customer operations, and sales teams to define the product roadmap and execute our ambitious ideas. This role is open at both the Senior and Lead levels, depending on experience and leadership skills. You will play a key role in shaping the company's strategy, goals, and objectives, and will be at the heart of everything we do.
Missions
- Defining and refining the product’s short and long-term vision in collaboration with the product team and the founders.
- Developing a clear understanding of the energy management industry, its trends, and emerging needs, and establishing short to mid-term key priorities aligned with business goals.
- Gaining a deep understanding of all user personas to come up with elegant solutions to their problems, and monitoring usage and user feedback continuously.
Profil recherché

Shipping high quality features at a fast pace is your day-to-day challenge!* You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, building data-oriented products
* Strong interest in the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market is highly appreciated)
* Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex datasets (being proficient in Excel/VBA, SQL, Python, or other programming languages would be an advantage)
* Creative mind, passionate about product and design: you are obsessed with design and user experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English: you have great presentation skills and a natural ability to convince stakeholders
* Strong curiosity for emerging technologies (especially AI) and their impact on product building: You believe Product Management is being reinvented and you are excited to be part of this evolution.
