Plan and run B2B growth campaigns end to end, from narrative and assets to launch and measurement
Build and own growth reporting, tracking, and attribution across the funnel
Connect the GTM stack end to end (e.g. Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce), linking campaign data to pipeline and revenue
Turn product marketing narratives and assets into paid campaigns across channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google)
Work alongside an external ads agency, setting direction and holding campaigns accountable to pipeline goals
Create campaign visuals, partnering with a designer or producing them directly
Send weekly segmented emails to prospects, testing subject lines, send times, and offers
Measure lead growth and campaign impact, recommending which motions to scale or cut
Define ICP, segmentation, and targeting for outbound and ABM motions
Partner with the GTM Engineer on AI search visibility (e.g. AEO, SEO) and data enrichment

4+ years of hands-on B2B growth marketing experience
Experience with Gong, HubSpot, and Salesforce, including integrations, tracking, and attribution
Experience building growth reporting and attribution systems from scratch
Experience running paid media campaigns across channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google)
Familiarity with AI-driven growth tactics (e.g. AEO/GEO, personalization at scale, website de-anonymization)
Experience with ABM strategy
Experience with email marketing, including segmentation, sequencing, and A/B testing
Experience delivering measurable pipeline or revenue results on large-scale campaigns
Proficiency in demand generation and marketing operations
Ability to execute across multiple channels in a lean team with minimal guidance
Ability to bring a clear point of view on growth best practices and set up processes accordingly
Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue processes and how GTM systems support them
Availability to work in the Pacific Time Zone (PT)
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Startup experience
Experience working with external ads agencies
Basic design skills to produce campaign visuals (e.g. Figma, Canva)
Basic technical or scripting knowledge to collaborate with a GTM Engineer
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
