Stripe is a financial infrastructure company founded in 2010 by the Irish brothers Patrick and John Collison, dual-headquartered in South San Francisco and Dublin. Its APIs let businesses accept payments, run marketplaces, issue cards, manage subscriptions and handle tax and compliance without building banking integrations themselves, and it processes well over a trillion dollars of volume a year for customers ranging from startups to the largest technology companies. Beyond payments the company has expanded into treasury and issuing, revenue and finance automation, stablecoin infrastructure through its Bridge acquisition, and fraud prevention powered by its own machine learning models.

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies-from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups-use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Worldwide Alliances & Channels team is responsible for developing and managing a global community of partners that helps ambitious businesses with industry-leading payments and financial infrastructure solutions and services. These partnerships provide Stripe with the opportunity to unlock our market opportunity, supporting us in accelerating our users growth across all market segments from Startup to Enterprise companies.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to own and grow existing, mature, strategic systems integrator (SI) partnerships across EMEA. The focus is on deepening established relationships and improving joint commercial outcomes, rather than incubating or building new partnerships. You’ll manage a defined portfolio of large SI organizations, owning each partnership end to end. You’ll engage senior commercial and technical stakeholders, align on shared priorities, and turn joint partner plans into measurable pipeline and revenue.

This is a partner relationship and revenue-generating role. You’ll work closely with regional sales teams and partner stakeholders on joint account planning and customer engagements. You’ll also coordinate with partner solution engineering, marketing, and program teams to strengthen partner capabilities and grow their Stripe practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined portfolio of existing, mature, strategic SI partnerships end to end, from joint planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholders across large partner organizations, including alliance, sales, practice, and delivery leaders.
  • Develop and execute joint partner plans with clear commercial priorities, owners, and measures of success.
  • Work with Stripe’s enterprise sales teams and partner account teams on account mapping, opportunity identification, and co-selling.
  • Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, track progress, and coordinate the teams needed to move joint opportunities forward.
  • Work with Partner Solution Engineering to deepen partners’ technical capabilities, support training and certification, and strengthen their ability to deliver Stripe solutions.
  • Coordinate targeted campaigns, events, and enablement with marketing and program teams to support joint commercial priorities.
  • Lead regular partner business reviews, agree on actions with senior stakeholders, and follow through on delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to expand established partnerships across accounts, practices, and EMEA markets.
  • Report clearly on partnership performance, pipeline, risk

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 8 years+ Experience in partnerships, sales, or business development within a technology or financial services organization.
  • Experience managing established SI or consulting partnerships, with an understanding of how these organizations sell and deliver services to enterprise customers.
  • A track record of growing existing partnerships and progressing commercial opportunities against defined goals.
  • Ability to own partner relationships end to end, coordinating internal and partner teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Experience engaging senior commercial and technical stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
  • Experience in joint account planning, pipeline development, or enterprise sales engagements.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and explain how a joint solution addresses them, working with technical specialists when needed.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives and work through ambiguity.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in payments, financial infrastructure, or enterprise technology transformation.
