Senior AI Data Scientist

Strive Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions for investment advice, risk modeling, and client personalization. The role supports finance and insurance platforms and includes developing production-ready models, ensuring responsible AI practices, and mentoring junior scientists.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end model development: data exploration, feature engineering, experimentation, validation, and productionization
• Develop scalable machine learning pipelines and architectures in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Apply NLP and deep learning techniques to financial data to improve decisioning and personalization
• Ensure model governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Mentor and guide junior scientists in a collaborative, client-first environment

Skills

• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP for domain-specific data
• Proven ability to move models from research to production with robust validation
• Experience building scalable data/ML pipelines and working cross-functionally
