Como Operario(a) I, participarás en actividades de ensamblaje y pruebas utilizando herramientas, equipos y documentación de trabajo en un entorno de manufactura regulado.

  • Ensamblas y pruebas dispositivos médicos siguiendo instrucciones de trabajo y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Operas herramientas, accesorios y equipos de prueba para completar procesos de manufactura.
  • Cumples con los requisitos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y las políticas aplicables.
  • Identificas y reportas problemas relacionados con materiales, procesos, calidad o equipos al personal correspondiente.
  • Mantienes tu área de trabajo limpia, organizada y alineada con los estándares de seguridad y calidad.
  • Apoyas la capacitación de compañeros de equipo cuando sea requerido.
  • Sigues procedimientos documentados para garantizar la consistencia y precisión de los procesos de ensamblaje.
  • Realizas otras tareas relacionadas con la producción según las necesidades operativas.

Lo que necesitarás:

  • Educación primaria completa (sexto grado aprobado) como mínimo.
  • Minímo 1 año de experiencia en la industria de manufactura.
  • Conocimientos básicos de computación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar siguiendo procedimientos e instrucciones escritas.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno de manufactura y cuarto limpio.
  • Conocimiento básico de técnicas de medición utilizando reglas, escalas u otros instrumentos similares.
