Internship Medical Engineering & Computer-Assisted Surgery – 6 Months | Start Spring 2027

Your Mission

At Stryker, you will help shape the future of computer-assisted surgery. During this six-monthinternship, you will contribute to innovative concepts for interactive guidance in navigated ENT surgery. You will work with modern technologies, explore real clinical challenges, and support the development of solutions that help surgeons navigate complex anatomical structures with greater precision. This is a strong opportunity to apply yourMaster’sdegree knowledge in a meaningful MedTech internship, build technicalexpertise, and gain hands-on experience in an international Research and Development environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and evaluate concepts forinteractive guidance in navigated ENT surgery

• Design and implement proof-of-concept applications for surgical navigation systems

• Apply technologies such ascomputer vision,augmented reality,machine learning, andhuman-computer interaction

• Build software solutions usingC++,Python, and/orMATLAB

• Evaluate prototypes within a modern navigation and imaging ecosystem

What You'll Bring

• Currently enrolled in aMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience withC/C++ programming

• Basic knowledge ofPython and/or MATLAB

• Basic knowledge of image processing, computer vision, or machine learning

• You are confident communicating in English (minimum B2). German language skills (minimum B2) are a plus

Germany Pay Range:
