At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. As a Staff Electrical Engineer-PCB within our Orthopaedic Instruments R&D team, you won’t be designing concepts that may never reach patients. You’ll be improving and redesigning products that are already trusted by surgeons around the world. This is an opportunity to apply your electrical engineering expertise to enhance performance, reliability, manufacturability, and patient outcomes across a portfolio of established medical technologies. Working alongside cross-functional partners, you’ll tackle complex technical challenges, influence product evolution, and make a measurable impact on devices used every day in operating rooms.
