Opportunities Available
As a Clinical Affairsintern at Stryker, you will:
Work cross functionally with different departments including R&D Engineering, Project Management, Health Care Solutions, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to assistin clinical research programs and develop a broad understanding of the regulated clinical research landscape
Perform clinical intelligence activities to ensure a thorough understanding of available treatment options and clinical studies
Accompany Clinical Research Associate to monitorclinical data at clinical investigative sites
Prepare literature review summaries for comprehensive evaluation of current clinical outcomes in recent published trials
Shadow Clinical Research Associates at cross functional team meetings to gain exposure to the collaborative development process associated with executing a clinical trial.
What You Need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or General Sciences (e.g., Neuroscience, Biology, Chemistry, etc.); must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
$20min hourly wage - $35max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
