Supervisor, Production

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:

• Lead, oversee, coordinate and facilitate the activities in a production area or manufacturing cell ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while achieving production goals, efficiency and yield targets and cost objectives.

在达成产量目标，效率，良率目标及成本管控的基础上领导，管理，协调及促进生产区域内确保安全，品质及合规的生产。

• Full compliance and enforcement of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policies and Environmental requirements.

确保遵守和执行所有安全、GMP、监管、产品质量、公司政策、政府和环境的要求，以及法律法规的要求。

• Stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming product condition.

终止会产生不合格产品的生产流程。

• Train and/or coordinate the training and required qualifications of personnel within assigned area.

对于制定区域需要授权的员工培训或协调安排培训。

• Ensure product is manufactured to the most current/validated method/process and specification and DHR for every lot is correctly filled in per GMP & QS requirements.

确保产品参照最新的/验证并生效的方法/流程生产，并确保每个产品的DHR按照GMP及QS的要求正确的填写。

• Develop, coordinate and/or implement root cause problem solving, preventive and corrective actions.

协调及/或执行问题解决，预防和纠正措施。

• Ensure equipment, tools, fixtures, gages and measuring devices are properly used, maintained and calibrated in his area of responsibility.

确保责任区域的环境，工具，夹具，量具及测量工具正确的使用，维护及校验。

• Develop coordinate and/or implement production activities, schedules and methods to ensure production targets and needs are achieved.

协调/执行各项生产任务，安排以确保达成生产指标和要求。

• Facilitate/drive/support/coordinate/participate in the continuous improvement and elimination of waste journey for Stryker Suzhou-The Stryker Way.

促进/推动/支持/协作/参与持续改善活动，并减少各种浪费。

• Make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect and/or overtime labor.

对资金预估及直接/间接人员加班做出预算。

• Work with engineering and supply chain in forecasting production schedules and capacity requirements.

在生产预测排程及产能需求方面与工程部门及供应链部门合作。

• Ensure traceability and inventory accuracy/control.

确保产品可追溯性及库存准确性。

• Understand and be able to apply, enforce, comply and meet all GMP standards and quality requirements.

理解并运用，加强，遵守及达成GMP标准及质量要求。

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:

• Recruit, train, coach, mentor and develop the team.

招聘，培训，指导及提升团队。

• Create a positive, team oriented and engaging work environment.

创造积极的，团队导向的高满意度的工作氛围。

· Coordinate the activities and evaluate the performance employees.

协调生产，对员工的绩效进行评估。

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

• Excellent interpersonal communication and supervisory skills.

卓越的人际沟通及管理技巧。

• Familiar with analytical tools, such as FMEA, process control plan and SPC.

熟悉分析工具，例如FMEA，制程管控及SPC。

• Good PC skills

计算机熟练。

• Effective organizational skills.

高效的组织管理技巧。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

经验要求：

• 5+ years related manufacturing or technical experience preferred.

5年以上流类相关生产管理或技术经验优先。

• Supervisory experience preferred.

有管理经验优先。

• Experience in developing and working with small group problem solving teams preferred.

有小型问题解决型团队经验优先。

EDUCATION

教育背景：

• B. S. in Engineering (preferred)

本科（工程类优先）

· B.B.A. or B.S. in related curriculum.
