TEAM AND ROLE:
You’ll join a collaborative Finance team responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The team works closely across the business to ensure strong financial controls, timely reporting, and continuous process improvements.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across core accounting activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supporting month-end and audit processes. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career to develop technical skills, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to improving finance processes within a supportive and dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing purchase invoices and expense reports according to the existing procedures
- Processing of payment and bank transactions and daily reconciliations of bank statements and cash flow overviews
- Perform monthly reconciliations between the General Ledger and the Subledger, balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the Finance team with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the finance department, including audits
- Within the financial administrative organization, you identify possibilities for improvement and procedures
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Finance and Accounting or equivalent certification
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience and fluent English speaking, available to start in January
- The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and critical person with a good understanding of the accounting principles
- Eager to assume responsibilities, learn new tasks and work autonomously
- Proactive, hands-on, innovative and excellent analytical skills
