Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to support platform functionality.
  • Develop and optimise PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Frontend Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Implement secure, reliable, and scalable backend services following best practices.
  • Optimise application performance, database efficiency, and API response times.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
