General Manager, Mission Critical Environments

The General Manager, Americas has full P L responsibility for Senneca Holdings’ Mission Critical Equipment division, including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. This business serves fast-growing data center and clean room end markets and operates with a high degree of autonomy across sales, operations, marketing, product development, and finance. This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of direct and matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to the corporate Finance and HR.

The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S. and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executing acquisitions.
