Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

• Conduct deep-dive research on target accounts and personas to personalize, contextualize, and add value to touchpoints
• Identify new accounts and creative outreach angles independently
• Execute multi-channel prospecting through email, phone, and social channels with consistent daily activity
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
• Maintain meticulous CRM records and use data to track progress
• Build and own a sales pipeline as a Sales Development Representative for Suki’s AI healthcare voice solutions

Requirements:

• Proven track record of overcoming obstacles and staying motivated in the face of adversity
• Self-starter who takes extreme ownership of the territory
• Ability to synthesize information to craft a compelling narrative
• Goal-driven and competitive
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to capture attention in seconds
• Proficiency in Gong Engage, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and G-Suite
• Proficiency in Outreach.io or SalesLoft if Gong Engage has not been used
• Proficiency and dedication to cold calling
• 3+ years prospecting complex Healthcare IT SaaS to healthcare executives in large enterprise accounts
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and OKRs
