We are seeking a professional and organised casual Receptionist to join our team at our Summerset in the Bay village. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and visitors, while supporting our team with a variety of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
• Schedule appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar for the office
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with various office tasks as needed, supporting the team's efficiency
• Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor sign-in procedures

This is a casual role working on an as needed basis.
