Recruitment Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Participate in recruitment drives and employer branding activities.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
- High level of professionalism and eagerness to learn.
- Able to commit to an on-site internship.
