  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in openVIVA, damit unsere Informationen vollständig und auf dem neuesten Stand bleiben
  • Prüfung von Datensätzen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen und Korrigieren von Unstimmigkeiten
  • Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen und Excel zur übersichtlichen Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Daten
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung unserer Datenqualität und Einbringen von Hinweisen zu möglichen Optimierungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Laufendes Studium an einer Hochschule und Interesse an der Arbeit mit Stammdaten und digitalen Anwendungen
  • Gute Excelkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft, dich schnell in neue Programme und Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Sorgfältige, konzentrierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, auch bei größeren Datenmengen
  • Freude an strukturierten Aufgaben, analytisches Denken und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie eine sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation
