General Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- · 18 years of age or older
- · 50+ Hour Work Week - Including Evenings and Weekends
- · Advanced Computer Skills
- · Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
- · 4+ years of successful management experience
- · Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus!
- · Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
- Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
- Drive business for your site of operation
- Develop your team and manage corrective action
- Repair minor mechanical issues
- Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
- Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
- Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
- Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
- Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
- Other duties as assigned
