🎬 1. Create Content That Gets People Talking

• Turn ideas, trends and creative briefs into engaging short-form videos for TikTok (DuoYin), Instagram Reels and Xiao Hong Shu (XHS).
• Design eye-catching social media visuals, carousels, Stories and banners using Canva or other creative tools.
• Write scroll-stopping captions, catchy hooks and compelling calls to action that connect with our audience.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and experiment with different content styles, formats and trends.

• Help manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok (Douyin), XHS and WeChat.
• Plan, schedule and publish content using a content calendar to keep our channels active and engaging.
• Engage with our online community by monitoring comments and messages, and flagging student enquiries to the team.
• Support influencer collaborations, promotional campaigns and exciting online and on-ground events.
• Get involved in content shoots, campus activities and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

• Track content performance and put together simple weekly reports to see what resonates with our audience.
• Test different hooks, captions, thumbnails and posting times to discover what works best.
• Keep an eye on emerging social media trends and share ideas the team can try.
• Keep our creative assets, video footage and campaign files organised and ready for the next big idea.

• Get hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing and digital campaigns.
• See how ideas move from brainstorming to publishing, engagement and performance analysis.
• Work with the marketing team to test new ideas, develop your creative skills and bring your perspective to the brand.
• Build practical experience and a portfolio of content you can be proud of.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior work experience required, open to students or fresh graduates ready to learn on the job.
• Basic portfolio or samples of social posts, graphics, or short videos are preferred.
• Willingness to receive feedback and iterate quickly on creative work.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Creative mindset with strong visual instincts and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork, able to work with designers, educators, and product people.
• Curiosity and a growth attitude, eager to test ideas and learn from results.
