Job Description :
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps & Cloud Engineer to support and continuously improve cloud-based CPQ environments across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The role involves cloud infrastructure configuration, CI/CD automation, security and access management, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud security, scripting, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, configure, and maintain cloud resources across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Manage platform access, permissions, and Identity & Access Management (IAM/RBAC).
- Configure monitoring for cloud resources, applications, infrastructure, and cloud costs.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshoot cloud/application issues.
- Support and continuously improve Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and AWS.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams.
- Support Docker and Kubernetes based application environments and microservices.
- Implement and maintain Secrets Management, Container Security, and Vulnerability Scanning.
- Support backup and Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Develop scripts and automation using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell to reduce manual activities.
- Work with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate for application and workflow automation.
- Analyze operational problems and implement permanent solutions.
- Contribute to automation, process improvement, and cloud optimization initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and MLOps technologies.
Mandatory Skills & Experience :
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with Microservices.
- Strong understanding of IAM and RBAC.
- Hands-on experience with Secrets Management such as Azure Key Vault or AWS Secrets Manager.
- Knowledge of Container Security and Vulnerability Scanning.
- Good understanding of Load Balancer concepts.
- Experience with Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps or Power Automate Mandatory.
- Experience supporting Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and modern software development practices.
- Basic understanding/appreciation of MLOps concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Education :

Ideal Candidate :
- We are looking for a hands-on and automation-focused DevOps & Cloud Engineer who can independently configure cloud environments, implement CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, manage security and access controls, and automate operational workloads.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate real project-level implementation and troubleshooting experience, rather than only theoretical knowledge.
