Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Anaplan solutions supporting Marketing planning and operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Anaplan model architecture, enterprise planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate evolving marketing requirements into scalable planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance Anaplan models to modernize Marketing planning processes.
- Build agile Anaplan solutions integrated with centralized enterprise data architecture.
- Drive solution architecture, model design, and rapid prototyping based on changing business requirements.
- Ensure Marketing planning models comply with enterprise best practices and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability while adhering to Anaplan COE governance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to understand planning workflows and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.
- Conduct user training, enablement sessions, and support business adoption.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and Machine Learning into marketing planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and IT.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building and solution architecture.
- Strong expertise in Anaplan model design, Data Hubs, integrations, and ALM.
- Experience implementing enterprise planning solutions for Marketing, Sales, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan best practices, performance optimization, and model scalability.
- Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and integration tools.
