Sunteco cần tuyển dụng vị trí: DevOps Engineer

2. Mục tiêu vị trí

  • Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng, vận hành và tự động hóa hạ tầng Cloud Platform.
  • Đảm bảo hệ thống có khả năng triển khai nhanh, ổn định, mở rộng linh hoạt và an toàn.
  • Đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa team Development và Infrastructure để tối ưu quy trình triển khai hệ thống.

3. Nhiệm vụ chính

  • Thiết kế và vận hành CI/CD pipeline cho các dịch vụ Cloud.
  • Tự động hóa build, test và deploy hệ thống.
  • Xây dựng Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Vận hành hệ thống container và Kubernetes.
  • Thiết lập monitoring và alerting hệ thống.
  • Phân tích và xử lý sự cố production.
  • Hỗ trợ mở rộng và tối ưu hiệu suất hệ thống Cloud.

Công nghệ sử dụng

  • Container & Platform: Docker, Kubernetes
  • CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins
  • Automation: Terraform, Ansible
  • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Loki
  • Cloud Platform: OpenStack, Kubernetes
  • Storage: Ceph / S3 Object Storage

5. Yêu cầu kỹ năng

  • Kinh nghiệm quản trị Linux.
  • Hiểu biết về container và Kubernetes.
  • Kinh nghiệm xây dựng CI/CD pipeline.
  • Kinh nghiệm automation với Terraform hoặc Ansible.
  • Kiến thức networking cơ bản (VLAN, routing, load balancer).
  • Có khả năng scripting (Bash hoặc Python).

6. Kinh nghiệm

DevOps Engineer: 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm DevOps / System / Cloud.

Senior DevOps Engineer: 4-6 năm kinh nghiệm và có kinh nghiệm vận hành Kubernetes production.

7. Điểm cộng

  • Kinh nghiệm vận hành Ceph Storage.
  • Kinh nghiệm GitOps (ArgoCD).
  • Kinh nghiệm microservices architecture.
