Expectation

At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital product development as a Business Analyst, PM, PO, or ConsultantExperience in financial services such as banking, fintech, insurtech, or similar industriesOwnership of deliverable documents and ability to structure them according to project requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesSolid time management, organizational, and self-management skillsGood understanding of architecture, APIs, message queues, and related technologiesExperience using software development ticketing systems such as JiraProficiency in both written and verbal English and Hungarian
