Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential appliances. Most assignments are located within your local service area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other household equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform repairs and installations according to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate effectively with customers and the Superior team
• Maintain accurate notes, photos, and updates through our online portal
• Recommend maintenance solutions and necessary repairs when appropriate
• Complete work orders professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Must own a truck, van, or SUV suitable for transporting tools and equipment
• Must have your own tools and be able to work independently
• Experience repairing residential appliances
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using an online portal for work order management and updates
• Ability to lift and move tools, equipment, and appliances as needed

Required Qualifications

• General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• Workers' Compensation preferred when applicable
• W-9 with valid Tax ID required
• Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving work orders
