Role Overview :
We are looking for a passionate GenAI Engineer with 4 to 8 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in building production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop GenAI applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
- Build scalable RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and databases.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and cost.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Required Skills :
- 4 - 8 years of software engineering experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs
- Strong expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or pgvector
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Pydantic AI, or Gemini ADK
- Good understanding of Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, and Structured Outputs
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
Good to Have :
- Fine-tuning experience (LoRA, QLoRA, Hugging Face)
- AI evaluation and observability tools (LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, TruLens)
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry
