Role Overview :
We are seeking a high-caliber AI/ML Engineer to join our Bangalore-based innovation team, where you will be at the forefront of building next-generation intelligent systems.
In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated Generative AI solutions that transform complex data into actionable business intelligence.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust, scalable AI architectures.
Your work will directly influence the user experience by integrating advanced LLM-driven features, ultimately driving efficiency and competitive advantage for our global client base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines to enhance the accuracy and relevance of LLM outputs for enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop autonomous Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex multi-step reasoning tasks for internal stakeholders.
- Engineer and optimize VectorDB implementations to ensure low-latency retrieval and high-performance data indexing for large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with product teams to iterate on model performance, ensuring that AI-driven features meet rigorous quality standards and business KPIs.
- Deploy production-ready machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure to maximize system reliability and uptime.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building production-grade machine learning applications and data processing pipelines.
- Advanced expertise in leveraging LLMs and Generative AI frameworks to solve real-world business problems with high precision.
- Strong ability to design and maintain complex agentic architectures using LangChain and LangGraph, showcasing a deep understanding of stateful AI interactions.
- Proven experience in managing VectorDB technologies to support high-dimensional data retrieval in distributed environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- A collaborative mindset suited for a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, with a track record of working effectively in fast-paced, agile teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, complemented by 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in the AI/ML domain.
