  • Hands-on with LLMs / AI agent frameworks.
  • Experience with STT / TTS systems (e. g., OpenAI and Deepgram).
  • Telephony integrations (Twilio / SIP / Voice APIs).
  • Real-time streaming and low-latency systems.
  • Webhooks, async systems, event-driven architecture.
  • Experience deploying scalable production systems.


Bonus Skills:

  • LangChain / LlamaIndex.
  • Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Docker/infra pipelines.
  • Observability for AI systems.


Good to Have:

  • Someone who can own the entire AI calling pipeline end-to-end, from call connection to conversation intelligence scaling.
