Loader/Unloader - 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM (50 hours/week)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, entry-level General Laborer to load and unload metal products on an automated powder finishing line. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and are ready to learn in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal products onto a moving conveyor.
- Monitor production equipment during operation.
- Assist with operating presses, brakes, benders, or manual welding equipment as needed.
- Band, wrap, and prepare palletized products for shipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Entry-level position; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift and handle metal products.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures.
