  • Kundenanfragen zu analysieren, korrekte Antwort und bestmögliche Lösung zu finden
  • Aktuelle Information über Produkte und Dienstleistungen zur Verfügung zu stellen
  • Ständige profesionelle Kundenbetreuung via Telefon oder Email anzubieten
  • Den guten Ruf des Unternehmens zu wahren
