HR Operations Coordinator

Svitla Inc. is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our HR team and employees across Latin America.

In this role, you'll coordinate HR operational processes, manage employee documentation, support IT equipment logistics, administer our Udemy platform, and provide general assistance to the HR team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, following up with different stakeholders, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Studies or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented approach.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and following up on payments and deliveries.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, preferably with easy access to the Palermo area.
• Comfortable working remotely, with availability to work from the office at least once every two weeks.
• Flexibility to be onsite more frequently, including daily attendance, when company guests visit or special in-person activities take place.

Will be a plus

• Basic familiarity with IT equipment and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, learning platforms, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Send and follow up on employment offers and contracts across Latin America.
• Upload and maintain employee documentation in the appropriate HR systems and employee profiles.
• Ensure employee records and documentation are complete and up to date.
• Support onboarding and termination processes as needed.
• Follow up on HR-related tickets and requests.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.

IT Equipment & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate IT equipment requirements for new hires and existing employees, including laptops, monitors, and other equipment.
• Coordinate equipment purchases and shipments with IT vendors.
• Follow up on equipment deliveries to ensure employees receive what they need on time.
• Coordinate and follow up on payments to IT vendors.
• Track and follow up on IT tickets related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate the return, shipment, and tracking of IT equipment during employee terminations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment assigned to employees.

Udemy & Learning Platform Administration

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the company's Udemy platform.
• Add and remove users as needed.
• Support employees with access and platform-related questions.
• Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
• Support and coordinate campaigns to promote effective use of Udemy and available learning resources.

Office & HR Support

• Provide administrative support to the HR team on a variety of projects and initiatives.
• Support in-person HR activities and events in Argentina.
• Provide on-site support when employees, candidates, or company guests visit the Buenos Aires office.
• Assist with other HR and People Operations tasks as needed.
