Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with .NET and Angular for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a prominent GovTech company offering a cloud-based ERP solution.
You'll build vertical slices of the platform end-to-end, from the Angular front end the user touches, through the API contract, down to the data layer and the Azure services behind it. You will be equally comfortable reasoning about a rendering bug and a database query plan, and you'll own the whole path in between. You are one of two developers on the platform, working alongside the Team Lead, leaning toward the Angular front end while pulling your weight across the entire stack.
About the team: They build the platform layer that integrates government-software products, the connective tissue every customer and every product team depends on. That means a personalized Home Portal (an Angular single-page app), a .NET backend-for-frontend that aggregates two dozen module APIs, centralized user management and identity across every acquired application, a unified API management edge, and automated customer provisioning.
The stack is Angular 19 on the front end and ASP.NET Core on .NET 10 / C# on the back end, with Auth0, Azure API Management, EF Core and Dapper against Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, and Redis, all on Azure. The architecture the team set up now will be held for years.
Overlap till 2-3 pm EDT/EST.
Requirements
- Strong C#/.NET experience on the server side.
- Current, hands-on front-end experience with Angular and TypeScript, including state management and the browser platform. Blazor experience is a plus.
- Cloud fluency: comfortable building for and operating on Azure, with a clear understanding of how your code runs in production.
- Sound judgment under ambiguity: the ability to decompose a vague requirement, choose a design, and justify it without waiting for others to define the structure.
- A finisher’s mindset: attention to edge cases, error states, and the experience when things go wrong.
- Ownership and accountability: you deliver what you commit to, and you flag risks early and honestly.
- Independent critical thinking: you question assumptions, defend technical decisions with reasoning and trade-offs, and change your mind when the evidence demands it.
Will be a plus
- Experience with Blazor, .NET Aspire, or Clean Architecture / vertical-slice designs.
- Background in multi-tenant SaaS, government or public-sector software, or ERP / financial systems.
- Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, Redis, and Application Insights / structured logging.
- Experience building with generative AI, such as integrating LLMs, RAG, or AI agents into product features, beyond using an AI code assistant.
- Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines and release management in Azure DevOps.
- Experience with GitHub (including GitHub Actions) and Jira, as the team is migrating toward these tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship complete features across the stack, including the Angular UI, .NET API, domain logic, and persistence, in a multi-tenant platform.
- Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences in Angular 19 (NgRx, Signals).
- Develop clean, well-tested .NET 10 APIs using FastEndpoints.
- Model data and integrate with EF Core and Azure SQL.
- Integrate identity and authorization through Auth0 and Azure API Management.
- Make feature-level design decisions, document the trade-offs, and defend them in code review.
- Raise the bar on quality, testing, observability, and performance, in both the code you write and the code you review.
- Own your features in production and fix the root cause when something breaks.
