Join Swan, Europe's embedded banking specialist, as a Freelance Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our partners and end customers, manage assigned tickets from first contact to resolution, and contribute to process improvements. You should have strong communication skills in English and French, at least 3 years of experience in customer support, and a passion for automation and scalable processes.
Missions
- Répondre aux demandes des partenaires et des clients finaux via le système de billetterie désigné.
- Assumer la responsabilité de bout en bout des cas assignés, en veillant à un suivi en temps opportun, une communication claire et une résolution efficace.
